Our designer had such a great sense of our style from the beginning, but she elevated it with creative ideas and really great pieces we would have never chosen on our own!

I always struggle to nail down my style as I love to mix and match. Working with Brady took the guesswork out of design and made the process simple, efficient, and fun.

I love interior design, but Natalie really used her professional eye to create an office design that was cohesive and beautiful. She completely understood my style and what I wanted - I love my office!!

Unfortunately I did more of the designing than our designer. Designer continuously ignored details I offered (pieces of furniture, layout details etc). We used this device to help us provide ideas, in the end, we literally have our designer our idea for her to use. Completely pointless and a waste of money.

I’ve been using Havenly for the last 2 months to complete 5 different projects/rooms. The designer I’m working with (Sofia) is absolutely amazing and I would recommend her to anyone. 

However, I would not recommend ordering any products directly from Havenly. I’ve had several major issues with the ordering department. Once the designer links the products - just order directly from the retailer and cut out the middle man. 

Issues so far: delays on products havenly said were in stock, furniture scheduling and delivery and they WILL NOT provide you with your order number to call or refer to your orders with the retailer. 

I’ve had several furniture deliveries scheduled without my knowledge and have some pieces that I was told were in stock when I ordered on the but have not arrived in over 2 months. 

And since Havenly customer service will not provide order number/information - I am unable to call the retailer to see what the delay is and if there is anything that can be done- despite the fact that I’ve already paid for the products.

I’ve reached out to the ordering team about these issues several times and nothing has been done. 

Moving forward I will not be ordering any products from Havenly. I think the design portion of this service is great. However, I would never order from them again as there is no benefit from ordering through them instead of the retailer after the designer links the products.

I would absolutely recommend Havenly and Jackie, the designer we worked with. It was a fun and easy process and we ended up will options that we really like. We’re still building our house so we’re not quite ready to set it up but I can’t wait to see it come to life!
