Havenly merchandise credits are valid on merchandise only. Havenly merchandise credits can be applied to any merchandise order and can be combined with Havenly merchandise promotions.
Havenly promotions (e.g., codes or strikethrough pricing) will not be combined with each other. However, in most cases, Havenly free shipping promotions can be combined with other Havenly promotions. Where multiple Havenly promotions apply, the best discount will be applied.
We honor valid seller promotions.
We do not honor seller credit cards or loyalty programs (e.g., West Elm credit card, RH Members Program, etc.).

Havenly offers price matching if a lower price is found on one of our seller’s sites. Click the Price Guarantee link below the product price to enter the price and the URL of the product page where the price is shown. An error message will display if the product URL is not from one of Havenly’s seller’s sites. Price matches can also be submitted via the Price Guarantee link in your shopping cart.
Once submitted, we display the reduced price in the Potential Savings section of your cart. Please note that potential savings are not added to the order total because they are not yet verified. Havenly verifies all price match requests after checkout. If verified, the price match will be reflected in your final order confirmation email.
What is a qualifying item?
We price match items that appear at a lower price directly on our seller’s sites (e.g., a CB2 lamp on CB2.com). The seller product (name, color, dimensions) must be identical to the Havenly product and in stock on the seller’s site to qualify.
What limitations or exceptions should I know about?
We do not offer price matching on products from third party marketplace sellers (Rugs Direct, eBay, etc.)
The price for an item must be listed online and valid at the time of the price match to qualify. It cannot be a price that is achieved with a seller promotion–but don’t worry, we honor those, too.
All matches are applied pre-shipping and tax. You are responsible for any applicable shipping and tax costs, which are estimated at checkout, and confirmed when the order is placed with the seller. Exclusions include mail-in rebates, sales tax promotions, credit card offers, seller gift card offers, or prices achieved through seller financing programs.
Is there a limit on how many items I can buy at the matched price?
No. However, the desired quantity must be in stock with seller at the time of the price match request.
Will you honor my request if I find a lower price after purchase?
We are unable to honor price matching after an order is placed. Please submit all price match requests before finalizing your order.
